On May 1, 1993, Greg Iles’ first novel was published. It was called Spandau Phoenix and was based on the events of World War Two.
Two years later, Iles released a second story – Black Cross – that was set in 1944 and was based during the Second World War. Although that novel was released after Spandau Phoenix, it’s actually the first book in the series.
